There's a lot to Sea!

The Mactan Island Aquarium is located in Barangay Maribago on the main highway around the island - just near White Sands Resort and EGI Condominium Hotel. There is plenty of free parking and bus parking is available on site. Please scroll down and use the map below this text to find our exact location.

Admission Fees

The regular rates are 250 pesos for adults, 200 pesos for children (4-12 years old). Kids under 4 years old are free.  There is a discounted rate for Filipinos and Philippine residents. This is to encourage education amongst those that are less wealthy; to become aware of their precious local seas by visiting the aquarium. Discounted rates are100 pesos for adults, 75 for children  (4-12 years old). Below 4 years old are free, if they are with their parents.

Creatures

The aquarium is home to a variety of amazing creatures. Sharks that you can actually feed (optional extra) Sea Turtles rescued from fishermen, Poisonous Lionfish, Nemo and friends, hundredss of different kinds of fish. You may also find octopus, jellyfish, seahorses and more - we keep changing the exhibits, so there is always something new to see.

Extra Benefits

Our friendly and welcoming team will take care of you from the moment you arrive. Each paid admission includes a personal guided tour of the exhibits from a friendly trained expert, in english, or in the local dialects if you prefer. Kids (and adults) can freely use the puzzles and coloring materials and can leave their artwork on display in the kiddies corner, or take them home!

Opening hours

The Aquarium is open seven days a week, from 10am until 6pm daily.
